CSR activities

CITC's corporate social responsibility activities are aimed at enthusing young children about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

CITC works with educational institutions and industry to ensure that talent is given sufficient opportunities to develop the skills that are in demand in the industry regionally and nationally.

Talent is not age-related and that is why we focus on all levels of education: primary and secondary schools, vocational training, bachelor and master programs, EngD and PhD students, and professionals.

Primary school students

The younger children come into contact with STEM the greater the chance that they will want to do something with it later in life. We work together with various weekend schools to inspire primary school children.

Secondary school students

To help secondary school students pursue an education and career in STEM subjects, we collaborate with organizations such as Sterk Techniek and Techkwadraat. We regularly participate in career events and provide guest lectures, excursions, and one-day internships.
