Amazing exhibits by Technasium students
June 15 was the day of the chip exhibit presentations at Mondial College. It was now the turn of the students who had visited CITC, Sempro Technologies and Trymax Semiconductor to show what they had learned during those visits. And they did not disappoint!
High-quality exhibits
The jury was once again pleasantly surprised by the quality of the exhibits and the amount of time and effort some student teams had put into their exhibits and presentations. They judged the exhibits based on criteria of technical content, alignment with the target audience, finishing, and originality. The two winning teams amply met these criteria and have now been invited to join CITC and Sempro Technologies in the Nijmegen Technology Day on September 12.
School career in STEM
But there were other winners as well; those children who were touched by the 'chip spark' and will therefore continue their school careers in STEM subjects. Hopefully, we will meet them again someday as interns, graduate students or new colleagues.
